Gift Voucher Policy

-Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

-Vouchers can be redeemed for any treatments or services offered at Thai Lotus Sanctuary.

-Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

-Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

-Any remaining balance on a voucher after use can be applied to future treatments within the validity period.
